I myself very oppose to engage Noah with electronic gadget, including TV. Though we can't eliminate but I will limit and control his electronic time. It is very challenge to keep Noah engage with something appropriate. Just recently we are thinking to handle his sensory issue with his fingers, and we found out this activity.
It is pretty safe and Noah enjoys it pretty much.
