Noah progress show some declining in stage. He was nearly fully toilet trained but he refuse to go toilet in school again. He pooped on his diaper at night in which did not happen since years.
Noah has show decrease in consistency in communicating using 'eat' word, in which used to be the only word he was able to speak.
Noah is not a difficult boy. He only need to improve to be fully toilet trained and also his verbal communication. If he would be able to pick up these two skills mentioned, he will be very close to perfect.
