I think Noah is ready for 'Help' sign on PECS and he has been encouraged to speak up the words whenever he needs 'more' or 'help'.
Noah starts to recognize how to use the 'help' symbol. Although he is still unable to pick up the word, least he makes sound after the sign is pointed.
