Noah just went through his assessment on his speech development and I was told that Noah is not in optimist condition. He has 0 word and very far behind his age.
I was being introduced with PEC for Noah and I was given task to practice few techniques with him. Our short goal is to make Noah familiar with the 'more' signal on PEC, to prompt him to use it at appropriate time, point and ask for more, prompt him to use his words through activities with him.
I was told a 5 minutes a day would do greater than the weekly speech therapy session. Let wait and see how Noah progress till the following week.
